Beef Grill of Nature Taste- Big Brother Grill

In the beautiful scenery of the Parasol Hotel by the Zegrzynski Lagoon on 03.10.2020 the Great Brothers’ Grilling took place, organized together with Wędzarnicza Bracia and Grill Brothers. During this event it was possible to learn about smoking, barbecue and barbecue.

The aim of the event was to promote Polish Beef and healthy eating through culinary education. A special event was I Polish Championships in Beef Steak Grilling, where the best professional and amateur cooks fought for the title Steak Master 2020.

The Beef Grill Nature Taste Event is entirely financed from the Beef Meat Promotion Fund.

In the Promocja Polskiej Wołowiny – Wołowy Grill Natury Smak program, which took place on 3 October 2020 in Hotel Parasol. Within the framework of Great Brothers’ Grill there were also professional demonstrations of Grill Masters, Smokers, and training panels about grilling and smoking. During the training and workshops for the gathered audience and participants of Masters of Grilling, the following topics were discussed:

  • Rearing and recognizing and using culinary elements of beef.
  • Values and nutritional value of beef.
  • Safety and quality of meat.
  • Microbiological hazards in food production.
  • Meat smoking (vv) – polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons – significance and risks.
  • Methods and methods of heat treatment of beef, recipes.
  • Cuisine Yesterday and Today – correct serving of beef steaks recognition of beef steaks, degrees of frying.

The workshop conducted:

1. Grzegorz Kazubski – President of the Management Board of Polski Grilla and BBQ
2. Jacek Kucharski – Deputy Chief Veterinary Officer of the Republic of Poland
3. Leszek Kosarzecki – Vice President of the Polish Barbecue Association and BBQ.

There was also a show of the low-temperature beef heat treatment (BBQ), which was performed by the National Representation: Polish Bbq King ® – Smoker.

The show was presented on an innovative device in a new technology, where low temperatures are used in meat processing, computer-controlled under the name: Mac & Ivic by SMOKER.

The event was organized by Polish Grill Association and BBQ.
