Grills on the trailer

Grilling is already an inseparable part of the Polish culinary art – during the summer season, grilled dishes are eagerly consumed not only at home garden parties, but also at all kinds of mass outdoor events. Preparing food for a large number of people in a short period of time is a task for which our trailer grills are perfect.

We offer four types of mobile barbecue-smokehouses on lorries:

Each of them will find use as equipment for restaurants and catering companies serving mass events in the open air, including festivals, juvenals, rallies, company picnics. Depending on the model, the capacity of the device ranges from 200 to as many as 2,000 servings of food per hour. How are the grill-smokehouses made?

The secret of the highest quality of our barbecue-smokehouses is the use of appropriate materials in their production. The body of each unit is made of boiler steel plate with a thickness of 4 to 6 millimeters. The unique thermal properties of the metal and its thickness make it behave in a similar way to the chamotte brick used to build ovens – it heats up very well, and then gives off the accumulated heat for a long time. Thanks to this, even in unfavorable weather conditions, such as rain or strong winds, it is very easy and with little fuel consumption to maintain the right, constant temperature in the grill, which is necessary for preparing meals. The grill grate, on the other hand, is made of stainless steel bars, which is not only extremely durable and resistant to unfavorable working environments (smoke, high temperatures, contact with grease), but also easy to keep clean.
