Description

The “Smoker W 1” grill and smoker    consists of three elements:

1.Hearth:

  • Length: 60 cm.
  • Tube diameter: 50 cm.
  • Fireplace grate: rod ø 16mm.
  • Grill rack / bbq: 2 x (29 cm x 58 cm)

 

2.Grill or bbq part :

  • Length: 140 cm.
  • Tube diameter: 50 cm.
  • Grill grate / bbq: 4 x (47cm x 32cm)

 

3.Smokhouse or BBQ :

  • Height: 140 cm.
  • Width: 60 cm x 60 cm.
  • Grate for bbq (square): 4 x square – (57 cm x 57 cm)
  • Smoking sticks; 2 levels x 5 pcs

 

Designed for gainful employment, servicing large restaurants, mass events, capacity: 200 – 400 portions / hour. The grill and smoker has a smokehouse with a diameter of: square 60 cm x 60 cm.

One-time charge to the smoker: 50 kg to 60 kg. 

The grilling grate / bbq is made of stainless steel with a 6 mm thick rod.

Economic advantages of the grill smoker: ” SMOKER W 1- 500″

1. Low maintenance costs .  A small amount of wood is used to operate the grill and smoker. In the “Smoker – W 1 – 500” device for continuous operation for 12 hours. 0.20 m of spatial wood (i.e. 15 to 20 pieces of wood) with dimensions (40 cm in length and 30 cm in diameter) is needed. This gives the amount of  approx. PLN 40 –  it is the cost of operating the device during one day. Special ecological cubes or gas burners are used to light the wood. When firing up the fire, the furnace cover should be open so as not to emit smoke, after gaining heat, close the cover.

2. Lower employment costs . To support an event for 200 people, the staff of the Smoker – W 1 – 500 grill and smokehouse requires 4 people. 6 to 10 people at traditional barbecues.
