The device has two grilling chambers, one wider and the other narrower. The device is mounted on a two-axle trailer, at the front it has a box that can be adapted to transport small equipment or as a refrigerator.

The device is used for servicing large events. Up to 1000 people can be served with this device within 2-3 hours. Within 6 hours, 12,000 servings of sausages were dispensed from this device.

You can smoke 160 fish with an average weight of 500g at a time, and you can also grill and cook on the hearth plate at the same time. Fish of this size are smoked for about 1 hour, larger fish take longer to smoke, while a 2 kg fish should smoke for about 2-3 hours.
