Grill and Smoker “SMOKER II” is a device consisting of a grill and smokehouse “SMOKER I” + additionally mounted grill on a two-axle trailer with the following parameters:

The SMOKER II has a front-mounted box that can be used as a cold store or for carrying small barbecue equipment. The device is used for large events and uses little wood. Up to 2,000 people can be served with this device within 2-3 hours. You can smoke 160 fish with an average weight of 500g at a time, and you can also grill and cook on the hearth plate at the same time. Fish of this size are smoked for about 1 hour (hot smoking), larger fish take longer to smoke, a fish weighing 2 kg should smoke for about 2-3 hours.
