Grill and smoker “Smoker 600” consists of three elements:

- Width: pipe diameter = 60 cm.
- Grid for bbq (round): 4 x ø 58 cm.
- Smoking sticks; 2 levels x 5 pcs.
Description of the device: Grillo-Smokehouse ” Smoker 600 ” is the largest stationary grill and smokehouse, the grill elements are assembled in a linear arrangement resembling a shape ( locomotive ), durable structure. It has two legs with wheels and two without wheels (they can be with wheels on request). It is made of a boiler sheet with a thickness of 6.2 mm.
Intended for paid work, large business, large restaurants, restaurant terraces, hotels, agritourism, weddings, events. The grill and smoker has a smoking module with a diameter of 60 cm. One-time charge for a smokehouse: 55 kg to 85 kg. – it can be approx. 90 trout weighing 0.5 kg, but better results are obtained when there is more space in the smoker – (the products dry faster and then a nicer color of smoking is obtained ). The possibility of spending about 600 portions per hour – a record of 770 portions.
Thermal treatment can take place outside the furnace. The furnace has a door with a cut-out hole in which a damper ( gate valve) to regulate the temperature is mounted . A shelf with dimensions of 30 cm x 38 cm is installed above the hearth, used to put a pot, pan, etc.
